General Information
Applications for the 2026 Environmental Stewardship Award are due on February 16, 2026. Any individual, group or organization is eligible to nominate one individual/business who raises or feeds cattle. Individuals and families may not nominate themselves. However, we expect nominees will be involved in the preparation of the application.
Past nominees are eligible and encouraged to resubmit their application; previous winners may not reapply. The full nomination application and directions for its completion are linked to in PDF format below. Along with the typed application, one nomination letter and three letters of recommendation highlighting the nominee’s leadership in conservation are expected.

ESAP Statement of Authenticity - Must be included with nomination packet at time of submission.
